AMLO is about to cross 50% in the count.

The new government looks like it is going to have over 300 seats in the chamber of deputies and a commanding majority in the Senate. Taking in MORENA's gains in the states, AMLO has taken total control over Mexico's elected bodies in one fell swoop.

Looking at the Chamber of Deputies map, the only regions that didn't landslide for MORENA are Yucatan for the PRI and Monterrey and the strip of Mexico immediately north of Mexico City for the PAN.

AMLO now at 50.85, soon to cross 51%. I wonder if he will get tired of all the winning?

MORENA looks to be nearing 300 seats combining Districts won with their share of the PR seats. Apparently the Mexican constitution prevents any party from holding more than 300 seats.
