Drudge Reports blazes with "Did Kerry have Cheat sheet"

My understanding was that both candidates could take notes, under the rules.  Kerry clearly was writing something during the debate.  My guess would be that it was a pen.

If it wasn't, the bloggers will have another field day.  Forgive me, but I doubt if Kerry is so stupid that he takes out a cheating device during a live broadcast seen by 50-60 million people.
