I don't think CO has ever had a female Senator so EMILY's List is definitely going big here they were ready to go big for Duran but she passed on it.

Dems didn't even need Hick to run here. Not as much as they needed Bullock, so the pressure on him back in 2019 to run never made sense to me. There was a solid field of candidates running who all would've beaten Gardner but now we may end up with candidate with a ton of baggage with an outside chance of losing.
