Opposition to gay marriage is currently in the mid 40s and declining

Opposition to death penalty is around 30%. It had been increasing but seems to have plateaued in the last few years.

As the views are both less than 50% and come from opposite sides of political spectrum in general, there is likely very little overlap, except with (as noted) some devoted Catholics.
