Considering what DRA does to a computer, it would probably make your phone catch fire if you tried.

And that would likely result in DJT tweeting about barring Atlasians (and the press twittering about how Trump not knowing how to spell Alsatians). The NYT would do a lengthy article about calls in France for rebuilding the Maginot Line.

I don't think it's possible to get a maj-min district in Oregon at the district level but I managed one that's 60% white.

Here's a map I made for Colorado 2020 , when it's expected to gain one seat.

Denver metro:

CO-01 - R+13, El Paso County
CO-02 - D+2, "Ski Country" district, follows highways from Pueblo to Fort Collins
CO-03 - D+6, Boulder and Weld counties and the city of Loveland in Larimer County
CO-04 - D+2, Broomfield and Jeffco, Denver south of Yale avenue and west of Federal blvd, as well a small bit west of Sheridan blvd
CO-05 - D+10, Adamco, far east Arapahoe county, Elbert County, Denver international airport and Denver west of highway 87,
CO-06 - D+1, Arapahoe County, town of Aurora and Douglas county
CO-07 - D+13, rest of Denver, and Littleton.
CO-08 - R+14, everything else - Grand Junction, rest of rural Colorado.

2 safe R, 3 safe D, 3 swing but lean D.

I've somehow managed to create a majority-minority district in Minnesota (barely).

49.9% White
21% Black
12.4% Hispanic
11.8% Asian
1.3% Native
3.7% Other

Dave's Redisticting 2.2 seems to be dead for me, none of my browsers will run it, not even IE or Firefox ESR.

EDIT: Nvm, it takes a LOT of coxing for it to work though, and it still runs like complete sh**t, even on a really good computer.

I was just checking this today, and then saw your post. Since this map was created, NY, FL, and IL have had data added to then. CA at the time of this maps creation only had 12/16 data for it's useless voting districts data (the version with 200,000 pop tracts that is not used by anyone but the census) and now has 12/16 data for the block groups (the one with 2008 data, and with actual precincts).

It is quite possible we never get the at-large states, or get them all last, since the congressional PVIs are the same in their cases as the well known state PVIs.

Ugh, I hope all the states get data.  Sometimes, it is fun to mess around with seeing what would happen if states had more seats than they actually did.

Exactly what I was doing. I wanted to know if Montana got a second district (which could soon happen), would both be red? I think the western part of the state including Missoula would probably just lean red while the eastern district would be as red as it gets.

The western one would be Lean R (but I think Quist would've won it). The eastern one would be R+15 or more.

I was peeking around in the deep South just now due to Jones's victory and what districts could be drawn, and I saw Louisiana had PVI. This sent me to the other states missing data, and I can confirm that CT, LA, and TX now have PVI. This means that Michigan is the last multi-district state without 12/16 PVI data. One would think that this spot would be California's be default, but no - it is Michigan's.

This was mentioned elsewhere but not here - so I should repeat it. PA apparently changed there precincts in some massive way - so the map that DRA automatically selects at the top of the select list is outdated and missing data. You need to click the next one down, or the second map for full 2012/16 data.

You need to select 2010 Voting Districts.

You should not select 2010 Voting Districts (Updated by the state)
