Judge Roy Moore of Alabama is a very conservative man and politician. They are some parts of New Jersey that are conservative-leaning. Which parts of New Jersey would a Roy Moore-type appeal in?

Maybe really, really Republican rural townships like Walpack (the most extreme example)? Not even all of Sussex or Warren Counties, but there are some especially conservative areas where he could be popular. The other super-Republican municipalities outside of the far NW are mostly very upscale places so I don't think he'd so well.

If he were an Orthodox Jew instead of an evangelical Christian, he'd do great in Lakewood.

In a Presidential election, Moore would likely lose every county in New Jersey. Sussex would be close though.

Moore would not win a single state or county race. The best he could ever do would a city council race in some tiny town in Sussex, and even then I strongly doubt it.

How many evangelicals are in NJ?  I doubt he'd have much support there at all.

Possibly literally a few people. He'd be lucky to get 30% of the vote in New Jersey.

Well, NJ-5 was represented until this session by Scott Garrett, whose voting record was more akin to someone from Alabama than northern New Jersey (a line of attack in his opponent's ads, even). He once boycotted the NRCC because they endorsed gay candidates (Tisei in MA-6) and even voted against Hurricane Sandy relief for his own district.
