At our public school we were taught parliamentary procedure in the 8th grade.

Other than elementary courses, that take 2 or 3 hours, if that, procedure has not been taught in high school, or at the college level for decades.  Penn State started a 3 credit course last year.  The number of active professionals in Pennsylvania that do it is less than two dozen.  One of them is an attorney.

On Super Tuesday, Mittens gain (by Google's count) 125 delegates over Santorum.  (I won't factor in the two Huntsman delegates.)

Unless Santorum can get that gain below 63 by March 20, he should get out.  There are at least 330 delegates awarded in that period.

If Gingrich doesn't score two clear victories in AL/MS/KS, he should get out.
