I'm not anti-zionist, but surely you can't conflate anti-zionism for anti-semitism.

If you do that, a section of american Jews would themselves be anti-semitic.

Eh, I disagree. If you think about it, antizionism is very much based on the idea that Israel, as a nation-state for the Jews, doesn't have a legitimate reason to exist. That means that, if you fudamentally agree in the nation-state as a form of organisation, you are basically saying that Jewish people are somehow unique in not having a legitimate claim to a nation state, whereas every other nation does. I think that is pretty much an undeniable case of anti-semitism.
