That's not what we do, and that's not really what we did with Libertas.  He presented himself as needing a ban.  We didn't go looking our latest victim.

That's discriminatory. You moderators are supposed to be neutral.

We are neutral in who we infract and how much we infract them for (with the exception of spam attacks, in which case, we infract 10 points on all posts, to mute the spammer as quickly as possible, but this has only happened twice).
