With no objections, Senator Spiral is now the sponsor. The sponsor has 24 hours to make a post advocating for this bill.

I'm taking over for Scott as PPT for the next few days and I'm not great at the whole procedural end of things, but I'll do my best. I think PiT has dibs on that end for this bill, but if not, I can open a vote when debate is satisfactorily concluded.

Usually I just run my threads and Scott runs his. Not sure that that is the best way to do it, but it's how I learned.

There haven't been any comments in a couple of days now. If nobody has objections we can proceed to a final vote in 24 hours, though I will note that only half of the Senate has commented on this bill.
