Black women already have very high turnout compared to the general population, although it dipped in 2016 (being overtaken by white women), so it'd be interesting to see exactly how high it could get.

This is correct, however turnout would be huge--practically 100%.  Additionally, no black woman would die between the time Oprah announced her run and the opportunity to cast their vote for her.  Millions of elderly black women would literally will themselves to live, for years if needed, to cast the vote for Oprah.

Are you serious? You really think black women will turnout at a rate near 100% if Oprah is the D nominee? I can't recall the last time any voter demographic turned out at such an extreme rate.

Turnout amongst black women was 69% in 2008, it could rise to 73% or even higher in 2020 if Oprah were on the ballot.
