Weird, I could have sworn it was about Winston County, Alabama. I probably didn't notice page 18. My bad Tongue. I imagine the correct answer would be about 44% or so.

Hard to say because I'm not really sure which wild swings were caused by Trump being Trump and Cruz being uniquely hated and which swings are natural trends, but I'm going to play safe and say 43%.
