Rep. Justin Harris (R - West Fork) of Arkansas is a goddamn HORRIBLE human being.

Harris, who owns and operates a preschool, has come under fire in recent weeks after it was revealed that he had "re-homed" two of his adopted daughters. For those unaware, re-homing is an (illegal) act in which foster parents place their children into the homes of other people without the approval of an adoption agency. Harris and his wife both cashed subsidies checks for the children they were supposed to be taking care of during this time.

While re-homing in itself is awful, Harris gets special cretin points because at least one of the girls was molested while under the care of Eric Francis, the re-home guardian and a college friend of Harris' wife.

Harris' explanation for why he gave away the children? They were possessed by the Devil.

At this point I would like to point out that Harris was a co-sponsor of a fetal heartbeat bill a few years ago, and doesn't support gay marriage because children do best with a mother and father.
