I too would go with Richardson.  She needs someone with Executive experience and time in office to help balance her out.  Obama is too "fresh" and "Hollywood-ish" and would sink her ticket.  Powell would not accept.  Clarke isn't Executive quality, but might do better as a cabinet position.

No, cause of the investigations from his NATO past, but maybe VA affairs or something else.  He's a good manager, just not the best of leaders.
