I voted Freedom University. Indeed, I am certainly enjoying my current experience studying at UCI. Smiley

An inferior specimen to the likes of the one which employs me, and that of Santa Cruz.

But since it isn't Merced, F.I.

Too bad the city is literally the worst place in the whole state.

Have you ever actually been in Irvine, though? Indeed, I have and it's certainly an extremely nice and an extremely safe city! Smiley

Mamadou N'Diaye has caused me to watch many games featuring the Anteaters over the last few years. Probably back down to my 4th favourite Big West school with him gone though - well, somewhere between 3rd and 5th. Not bad. (At least until UC-San Diego joins, then they might be dumped to the bottom half.)

When at first you don't succeed, try, try again! Smiley

Indeed, I got rejected by UCI straight out of high school but then got accepted by UCI several years later when I was applying from my local community college. Smiley

It's actually the only UC campus I haven't been to yet aside from UCSC. The city is a nice enough place though, if a bit too uniform for my tastes.

The only thing I know about Irvine, CA, is Larry Agran.

Not one of the four UCs I'm somewhat familiar with, but I'll go with FU.

I have, it'll turn anyone into a BRTD "Please let me in the ghetto" -esque creature in just a day. The  planned parks that look the same, the generic houses, the lack of original restaurants, it's just too cartoonishly sterile.

IceSpear's West Virginia, TV's NH, even Provo [another sinkhole with an unnecessarily nice university] at least have things going on.
