This seems to be campaigning by explanation, with the loaded and leading use of "bring back fiscal responsibility to Atlasia" when the factual impacts of the amendment can be stated without such questionable assumptions and subjective judgements and so that the impact is fairly and neutrally stated rather than the wording giving one side an undue advantage.

What about to prevent a recession, or for a military buildup in preparation for an expected war? Currently I feel the risk of policymakers being overly restricted is still too great, and there's no huge need to slash and burn to stop the bogeyman of a fiscal crisis when existing measures and responsibility are the best course and we are seeing the deficit already decrease which we can expect to continue. Fundamentally while well intentioned both this particular amendment and the underlying idea have many flaws and would not work well in reality and would have unintended consequences.

I hope the explanation is fixed so that is more explanatory and neutral and does not have the effect, intended or not, of giving the amendment an undue advantage.
