Since it appears Trumpcare is dead. This thread could be used for ACA updates. Preferably to update the status of Medicaid expansion in the states.

Here are the states that can expand Medicaid via ballot initiative:

Any chance Virginia could expand soon given the improved HoD situation?

Really hard to tell ATM. Hopefully, Northam doesn't pussy out and just jams it through.

I must say (yet again). I'm really surprised the Democratic Party itself isn't allocating resources and money in expanding it through ballot initiatives. It would only strengthen the ACA from any future erosion under the GOP
