Dont ask me how Rudy flipped 10 or 15 points, but lets say Rudy narrowly defeats Romney and McCain in Florida. What happens in Super Tuesday? Who wins the Republican Nomination?

Probably Romney. A narrow win wouldn't be enought for Giuliani to get back a momentum, but enough to break McCain's one.

Giuliani could have won the nomination, but only if Romney had won NH, so that McCain would die in the water. With McCain down it is possible that Huckabee and Romney split the conservatives, with Giuliani winning moderates. The biggest reason that this might not work is that a lot more independents voted in the very exciting Democratic Primaries instead of the GOP, so Rudy still might have lost.
