It seems to be played on an indoor soccer field.  Large ball.  Everybody has a Tazer.  You run around with the ball trying to score, but you have to give it up when you get Tazed by an opponent (or you just do by the nature of the Taze...I didn't actually listen to the video).  Seems like it would be buckets of fun....if I was 15-20 years younger.
