Is....is this a qualifying poll for Klobuchar?

Yes, qualifying for both Klobuchar, Yang, Gabbard and Buttigieg. Smiley

Buttigieg has already qualified by reaching 4%+ in 4 out of the 5 qualifying polls so far. Harris remains at 3 polls, while Steyer, Yang, Gabbard and Klobuchar have one poll each.

TBH the reason why Yang is rising so much is that he is the only candidate that has plans. Biden, Warren Sanders and others do not have any plans for what they are going to do, so voters do not appeal to them as easily as Yang.

Warren and Sanders have plans, but they are partly very terrible plans and not very well thought true. Especially Sanders' Federal Jobs Guarantee, which is a draconian, Stalinist plan which would basically turn the US into a communist country a la Soviet or Mao's China.
