Starting with cities over 500,000. Bolded are ones I know were won by one candidate, non-bolded is a close call or a guess, and blank are cities in states that haven't voted yet.

New York, NY:         Trump and Clinton
Los Angeles, CA:      Trump and Clinton
Chicago, IL:             Trump and Clinton
Houston, TX:           Cruz and Clinton
Philadelphia, PA:      Trump and Clinton
Phoenix, AZ:           Trump and Clinton
San Antonio, TX:     Cruz and Clinton
San Diego, CA:         Trump and Clinton
Dallas, TX:               Cruz and Clinton
San Jose, CA:           Trump and Clinton
Austin, TX:              Rubio and Sanders
Jacksonville, FL:      Trump and Clinton
San Francisco, CA:   Trump and Clinton
Indianapolis, IN:      Trump and Clinton
Columbus, OH:        Kasich and Clinton
Fort Worth, TX:        Cruz and Clinton
Charlotte, NC:          Kasich and Clinton
Detroit, MI:             Kasich and Clinton
El Paso, TX:             Cruz and Clinton
Seattle, WA:            Trump and Sanders
Denver, CO:             N/A and Sanders
District of Columbia: Rubio and Clinton
Memphis, TN:           Rubio and Clinton
Boston, MA:             Trump and Clinton
Nashville, TN:           Rubio and Clinton
Baltimore, MD:         Trump and Clinton
Oklahoma City, OK:  Rubio and Clinton
Portland, OR:            Trump and Sanders
Las Vegas, NV:         Trump and Clinton
Louisville, KY:           Cruz and Clinton
Milwaukee, WI:         Cruz and Clinton
Albuquerque, NM:     Trump and Sanders
Tucson, AZ:              Trump and Clinton
Fresno, CA:               Trump and Clinton

Look about right?

Trump won both Davidson and Shelby Counties in Tennessee (both very narrowly with ~30% of the vote in a divided field).  The only county he lost was a wealthy and Republican suburban Nashville county (which Rubio won).

I'm talking about the cities themselves, which Rubio usually performed better in. I'm not sure at all, but that would be my guess.

At least Davidson County (where I live) and Nashville are technically one in the same.  There are some very suburban areas within the county, but, if neighboring Williamson County is any indication, Trump might have placed third in those areas.  So, he did narrowly win the Nashville city limits, at least.

Updated for Indianapolis. The rest should be Trump for the Republicans.

Not big enough (though I could expand the list if you want).

Did Sanders also win the fake primary in Seattle? If not, you should add Clinton to your list.

He almost certainly did not, although there's no quick way to tabulate it. I've been working on a Seattle-only results map since the primary.

Clinton definitely won Seattle in the beauty contest, but for these purposes, we should go with the race that had delegates at stake.

Charlotte, NC:          Kasich and Clinton

Are you sure about Kasich? Mecklenburg County has him in third-place.

No, the reason I put him on there was because I saw a precinct map where there were many (it looked like most actually) of the precincts specifically in the city of Charlotte were red for Kasich. Ones not bolded are a guess or ones I'm not 100% sure of.

No but I'm not counting the non-binding primaries.

No reason to count the fake primary.
