This is a totally useless excercise that popped into my head after I did a '72 map with a 10% national swing to McGovern.

2004, 10% to Kerry:

428-110

2004, 10% to Bush:

523-15

2000, 10% to Gore:

509-29

2000, 10% to Bush:

498-40
