By the way, in case it isn't clear, the Texas SoS sucks with results and there is way more than 1% in.  Tongue

If there was really only 1% in, then the total number of votes for the Democrats would be about 74.3 million.  Now that would be high turnout!

Affluent precinct in Red River County?

Hehehe.  No.
Yeah, lol.
Red River County is Rural Trash America.

Don't knock the home of John Nance Garner Sad
Face it John Nance Garner was Rascist, Trash, that was against the New Deal. Tongue

Rascist has one s, not two. And if he was against the New Deal, explain 1936.
Remember he got pissed at Roosevelt, and quit the Vice-Presidency because of Roosevelt's Economic Reforms...

Can we please not have this thread be about FDR vs. Garner?

Hey!  I was about to post that.

Yeah, if Obama can't win this county, I think he's done in Ohio.

it's 93% white...

Ohio University is located here.  Very liberal (my brother went there).  Look at the swing to Kerry in 2004 and the Nader vote in 2000.

No, you mean Obama has failed: for the third time this campaign, couldn't seal the deal.

To Spade: Limbaugh effect?

Limbaugh told Republicans to vote for Clinton to keep the race going.

Did anyone see Donna Brazile just respond to the closeness of Florida in 2000?  I thought it was pretty funny.

I've been watching CNN all day.  And Wolf Blitzer keeps saying that no one has won the White House without Ohio "in over 100 years."  I want to show him a map of the 1960 election and then hit him in the head.

Nueces, Hidalgo, Bexar, and Cameron are all coming in for Clinton.  Obama's votes are trickling in in Tarrant, Dallas, and Travis.  El Paso and Houston are both basically out still.

The margin increase for Clinton right now in Ohio is the industrial NE coming in.

That's a nice margin for Clinton in Youngstown (Am I right that it's Mahoning County?)

Dallas coming in now too.  Obama narrowing, and I would expect him to take the lead eventually again (I'm not saying he's going to win it though).

Jefferson is still all out in addition to most of Harris.

As is El Paso and much of Hidalgo (though they can't nearly match the numbers in Harris).

I'm going to miss clap-clap-point-point, but clap-clap-wave-jig is an acceptable substitute.

She claps and Obama points, it seems to me, at least before the Texas debate.

Clinton's lead is expanding in Texas, but I can't figure out what's coming in, besides Corpus Christi.

One thing I like about Obama is that he can actually admit defeat.  Every time Clinton loses, it's the seem as the victory speech, which is a bit ridiculous.
