What about sentient non-people with a STRONG biological drive to murder humans? What if they can't get into heaven anyways, so you aren't denying them that by aborting them?

How would anybody, even a vampire, gain enough information about vampires' inner lives to conclusively determine that they're "sentient non-people"?
