When does Hillary enter the 2008 Presidential race?

I say March 2007 is when she forms an her exploratory committee (which is as good as entering the race....the formal announcement of candidacy doesn't really mean much anymore).  Almost the entire field will already be in by then, but she has to wait a little longer, because it would look bad if she announced too soon after being reelected to the Senate.  Bush announced his exploratory committee in March 1999 (after being reelected governor of Texas the preceding November), so March 2007 should be when Hillary jumps in.
