The Bush foreign policy was a total failure. We should pull out of Iraq and not even consider Iran. Ron Pauls foreign policy is great for today!

I think you mean the 7th amendment? The consititution only applies to U.S. citizens.
I agree with you on this one. But should we be trying people for a crime with the military? Terrorism should be done in civilian court because it is a civil crime, not a war crime.  War can only be made between two nations.
