Not sure who’d win but this election would probably have the lowest turn out of all time

Lieberman narrowly wins. He wins all Gore's states + Florida.

Lieberman: 291
Cheney: 246

Is the reason that you think Lieberman would win Florida the Jewish voters in southern Florida who would be glad to see a Jewish President?

Cheney holds all Bush 2000 states except for Florida, but that's mostly because he dies on the trail of a heart attack in the final weeks of campaigning.

Cheney's heart barely handled the transition to the Presidency IRL. There's no way it would handle a close, stressful campaign for the Presidency.

You couldn't give me too worst nominees. Low turnout would be obvious, and would probably be unremarkable. Similar to 1996 (minus popular Bill Clinton). As for the winner, a slight to decisive Lieberman win as he wins Florida.

This would probably be a decisive Cheney win due to a surge in support for Ralph Nader

Yep, plus I think he would have run a better campaign than Gore

Why would turnout be so low?
