The last 3 of this group will be promoted.

TR and Truman clearly deserve to last a bit longer.

I vote to eliminate Kennedy.

Militarily speaking, his role was a bit lower than Bush Sr., whatever the personal heroism (which was more "civilian", like in the case of Ford)
(of course, all this reasoning can be put down as easily as I build it Tongue, but, well, we have to pick one and it's especially difficult among these 4 names)
(there is another funny thing: Bush was only a lieutenant in RL and we are about to promote him to his first star Wink)

Yeah, it aint getting any easier.  Kennedy was a good leader and literally saved a mans life after his ship was destroyed.  Truman potentially saved more lives through his leadership.  Bush was a pilot and I have a soft spot in my heart for them.

My gut tells me to vote off Truman.
