I voted yes. Kasich will probably try, but I'm becoming more convinced that he'll run as an independent. Letting Trump attack him throughout the primary would weaken him. This gives Kasich more of a chance to focus o. The general election.

I think someone like Sasse will run against him in the primaries and lose.

People who ran in 2016 will probably wait until 2024 to run again.

Amash will probably run. He might even win New Hampshire...but at the end the process Trump will be the nominee again.

Yes, by a non-credible contender (Amash or lower), who will lose most likely every state.
