If Cruz doesn't get any win tonight, it'll be a serious drawback in his otherwise quite good momentum recently.

Kasich is going all the way to Cleveland. Well that's what he says now. That's how it is when you win your home state and ignore the delegate count. Or he might know something we don't...

Brokered convention.

Yes that is still a real possibility

Trump will get the 15 statewide delegates. Of the 54 district delegates, Kasich is leading in 6 in Chicagoland and Cruz leads in 8 downstate. That would leave the other 40 for Trump for a total of 55 from IL.

Calling NC is dumb, the top four counties with the highest population are still out.

Trump now looking safe in NC. Not sure about MO.

Kasich might end up beating Cruz in Mecklenburg/Charlotte NC. He has polled very well there at the expense of Cruz.

I think it's a little early myself, but I guess they're either living dangerously or know more than we do.

Trump is holding his lead in Mecklenburg over Cruz, Kasich is gaining but that does not matter, so it is over.

I still think Trump will win every state except Ohio

Cruz has outperformed his polls in every state since Super Tuesday, while Donald has underperformed everywhere except Mississippi. (which Rubio in turn, had underperformed). I won't be surprised if the only thing Donald wins is Florida.

According to CNN's delegate estimate - Donald Trump is halfway to 1237 at 613 before Illinois is finished tallying and before Missouri is even called.  There are still plenty of contests left including several big ones.  1237 is definitely still doable for Trump.

Trump is still talking about that CNN poll from 3 weeks ago. And why is he talking about polls, when there are actual votes. Over half the country has already voted on the GOP side
