Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt it really the usually the only very religious people who view drinking as a Sin while the more liberal ones (or even just regular religious) dont. Thats what I have noticed

I won't speak for them now, but I myself am hardly religious at all, but I still view it as a major sin.

It's a bigger issue among Muslims than among Christians (most of my friends are actually Christian). I don't view as a sin as long as you behave properly. Theoretically, I would also have no problem to eat pork, too, but I just don't like it as much as beef and chicken.

Here's one for what could very well be my last post of the decade: Yesterday, I was walking out of class and my water bottle almost fell out of my pocket. My brain couldn't decide if I was gonna say "oh jeez" or "oh shoot" and somehow it managed to come out as "oh Jews". Fortunately, I think I said it quietly enough that I was the only one who heard it.

Here's one for what could very well be my last post of the decade: Yesterday, I was walking out of class and my water bottle almost fell out of my pocket. My brain couldn't decide if I was gonna say "oh jeez" or "oh shoot" and somehow it managed to come out as "oh Jews". Fortunately, I think I said it quietly enough that I was the only one who heard it.

You didn't say enough to not spin it positively, ie. oh jews have had it rough with all the hate going around, I hope things get better soon.
