We're better than the British, says Chirac

People who always have to make it a point to say they're better than others are usually inferior.  That's my experience at least, and this is no exception.

France must be experiencing a real crisis of confidence that Chirac must go around making unprovoked attacks against other countries, like Great Britain and Finland.

If you're great, you don't have to say so.  People know it.
