Since 1992, every Democrat who won Nevada won a few more counties than the Clark County (home to Las Vegas). Every time a Republican won Nevada, the Republican candidate won all the counties except for the Clark County.

Does a Republican victory in Nevada in the presidential elections require at least that the Democrats win only the Clark County or no single county (since the Clark county is barely competitive)?
