I don't think so. Abortion would not outright be banned if Roe V. Wade was overturned (which I oppose) it would still be legal in many (if not most) states, so if the poor pregnant teenager from Alabama needs to get an Abortion, she can simply drive to Florida (mabye?) and get one.
