It's hardly surprising that white men with no college degree, 17% of the electorate, voted 72-23 Trump, but here are some other things that stand out in the CNN exit polls.

18% had an unfavorable view of both Trump and Clinton-- and they voted 49-29 for Trump.
14% felt neither Clinton nor Trump was qualified-- and they voted 69-15 Trump.
14% felt neither had the right temperament-- 71-12 Trump.

On the other hand, only 5% felt BOTH were qualified-- and they voted 70-22.... Trump.
6% felt both had the right temperament-- and they voted 77-19 Trump.

20% were "concerned" about a Trump presidency--and 34% of them still voted Trump.

20% were bothered "some", but not a lot, by Trump's treatment of women-- and they voted 75-19 Trump.

55% had an unfavorable view of the GOP--and even 20% of those voted Trump.

I think Michael Moore was right. A lot of people voted Trump because they were fed up. Period.

The national exit polls seem to mirror the popular vote.

What the exit polls says? America hates Trump (-22 vs. -9), is scared of him (-17 vs. -9), thinks he is unqualified (-22 vs. +5), lacks the temperament (-28 vs. +12), is untrustworthy (-30 vs -25) and dislike the Republican Party (-15 vs. -2), but we're going to hand him and his party the keys to the White House anyway. Numbers like this should spell doom for any candidate. But when it comes down to it Trump won because white people wanted change (from Obama) and were afraid of immigration and terrorism (Clinton won on the economy by 10 points).

Pretty fascinating.

The Immigration and Terrorism points are interesting despite the emerging narrative that Trump voters had economic anxiety.

That's why Brexit analogy was... perfect.

Establishment should be force out. Bushes and Clintons already are. Bernie had a shot. Even Obama won on "time to change", but he didn't deliver that much.
