I think Gremlins is a better movie than The Killing Fields.

I have an obsession with YouTube covers of my favorite songs. I have on my mp3 player approximately 30 or 40 cover versions downloaded from each of my favorite songs such as Sunshine Day (Osibisa), Lady in Black (Uriah Heep), Mr. Vain (Culture Beat), Brother Louie (Modern Talking) or Golden Brown (Stranglers).

I'm notoriously bad at remembering people's names, and faces with similar features all blend together for me. It's one reason why I'd never be able to successfully run for office. So on this site, where two people often have the same avatar, I basically have no idea who I'm talking to half the time. I feel like a confused old man trapped in a 21-year-old body.

I just learned today that Beanie Feldstein and Jonah Hill are siblings. It was so obvious! All I had to do was look, and I never noticed!

Two weeks ago I pulled out of a gas station with the pump still attached to it. I heard a large bang when I pulled out but assumed it was a nearby car crash. I then drove down the interstate with the pump swinging from the side. I only noticed when I heard it banging my car, so I pulled over, threw it in the brush, and drove on.

Never heard anything from the station but I do know from conversation with the guy who owns the neighborhood gas station that they’re not very expensive and easily attached/detached. Happens once a month at his station apparently.

I sometimes get Bagel23 and bagelman confused. :/

boo. Tongue

"bagelman" was a childhood nickname that just came from my love of "z0mgz so randumb lolz!!!111" humor at the time. I don't actually like bagels more than anyone else, they're OK. It's well aged at almost 15 years old and much better than a name like xxxShadowMaster420xxx so I came out pretty good I guess.

Don't worry, I thought John BEL Edwards was the one who ran with John Kerry in 2004, since I just saw the first and last name

I spent a couple of hours on a weekend or so last year before the election and wrote a song for Rick Scott, maybe I should record it and send it to him, maybe he would use it, imagine it to the tune of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-VTua1tZQs

I voted Scott!

If you've never voted Scott ladies and gentleman
Get ready to vote Rick Scott
Go do it, right now!
GOP
You know it
Ron too
All of the republicans
Where you at
Let's vote

When Scott walks into town
All eyes on him
With the GOP too
Votes fall like leaves
We like Rick Scott
We love Patronis
We came to vote Rick Scott
Florida it's on

Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Everybody

Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Everybody

Let me see you vote for him

The Dinos love us
When we got Rick Scott
They need an excuse
to vote unlike their pops

We came to vote Scott
How 'bout you?
Ballots up
Let's go round three

Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Everybody

Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Everybody

If you ain't voting Scott get the heck outta town
If you ain't talking Scott get the heck outta town
If you ain't come for the Grand Old Party get the heck outta town
Now where my republicans let me see your ballots up

Who you voting for?
Rick Scott
Ron DeSantis
Jeanette Nunez
Not Sean Shaw
Jimmy Patronis
Richard Lynn Scott
Screw everybody else
Get me some ballots

Scott

Patronis on the ballot and I'm ready for Rick Scott
The Dinos come around every time we're talking Scott
Their ballots for our party every time we're talking Scott
So ballots in the air, everybody for Rick Scott.

If you've voted Scott put your ballots in the air
And if you're gonna vote Scott put your ballots in the air
Now say, "I voted Scott!" (I voted Scott)
I voted Scott (I voted Scott)
I'm gonna vote Scott (I'm gonna vote Scott)
I'm gonna vote Scott (I'm gonna vote Scott)

Scott

Patronis on the ballot and I'm ready for Rick Scott
The Dinos come around every time we're talking Scott
Their ballots for our party every time we're talking Scott
So ballots in the air, everybody for Rick Scott.

I voted Scott
let's vote

I have about 1700 hours in Eu4, probably 3k+ hours in Rome Total War (the original good one, not the sh**t bad sequel). Not sure exactly since I only got it on steam a few years ago....

Ronald Reagan was my favorite president as a politically engaged teen, and I was a gay right-wing, anti-immigrant ideologue.

A year later, I was a Eurocommunist.

Why do people swing around so much? I have pretty much always been this way.

Good for you I suppose, lol?

We’re talking 12-16, when I was just starting to discover political ideology, philosophy, just starting to get engaged — I made calls for Obama in 2012 as a 16 year old.

Especially considering I came from a very right-wing, socially conservative, evangelical, racist background (with the exception of my Mom), I had a lot of discovery and figuring out to do.

I’ve been pretty consistently Center-left, Left-wing since 17.
