The net result of MS/AL + random islands has probably been a slight boost to Santorum in terms of momentum, but at this point delegates are the key barring a huge game changer. Winning non-binding caucuses and netting a few delegates in proportional representation states just doesn't get you very far when Mitt can cancel it all out with a single win in a US territory.
