Wait a minute. I had literally have not read the article yet for lack of time, after all it's Memorial Day and I have some camping to do comma but are these researchers saying that reducing housing costs and other land value inflators caused by regulation in just New York City and the Bay Area alone would increase the NATIONAL GDP by 8.9%?
