The Regional Name Amendment fails with 4 ayes, 3 nays, & 1 abstain, falling short of the 2/3rds majority required for amendments.

The Official Name Amendment passes with 4 ayes, 2 nays, & 2 abstentions.

Be it resolved, Emperor PiT
