Has Atlasia ever had a criminal case?  If not, it would seem this newly created Bar will be like the Maytag Man.

I might add, that if I were representing a defendant, my first bit of advice would be to deregister, and re-register. Smiley


Yes...it has.  And the Bar bill was created in response to it (aka Atlasia v. Keystone Phil aka Jessica Wallerstein)

That is interesting. Did anyone go to "jail?" Smiley

He got off on appeal due an apparent fault with the manner in which evidence was attained.
The people, in their infinite wisdom, then decided that they'd make Phil President...and well, I best not speak any more on that subject.
