Which counties, if any, voted for Bush in 2000, Kerry in 2004, Obama in 2008, Romney in 2012, and Trump in 2016?

The five I listed above appear to be it (though I'm certainly open to corrections). All five are rural mining communities and traditionally Democratic but appear to have broken against Gore for whatever reason. All of them voted for Bill Clinton both times and for Carter both times, and all but one (Rowan) voted for Dukakis in 1988. Iron, Wolfe and Menifee even voted for Mondale in 1984.
That's strange, especially since Gore performed better in Kentucky than Kerry.

Probably because of Ralph Nader Wink
The margin of victory in Wolfe County was 5 points while Nader only got 1%
