Continuing the Rock Hall series with a first time nominee, Kate Bush.
It's very odd for the Hall to choose someone who is more popular in another country. She is a major inspiration to many who came after her, particularly other female singer songwriters that came after her.
The Hall has an affinity for singer songwriters (Lou Reed, Peter Gabriel, Donovan, Cat Stevens, Randy Newman, and Laura Nyro have all been inducted relatively recently.), but does the Atlas?
Her music is too soft and wimpy for me. :-/
