It is usual that the non-incumbent nominees of the two major parties get intelligence briefings once they're nominated in order to be prepared for the presidency in case they win. But as far as I know, the sitting president must approve this procedure. Usually a pretty routine thing, but after Brennan's security clearance was revoked and maybe others follow, I think it's possible Trump simply refuses to give the Democratic nominee intelligence briefings. In a worst case scenario, he might even refuse to approve them for the president-elect during the transition. Say if he claims the election was rigged. I mean, he demonstrated many times that he likes to break with traditions and norms. Thoughts?

Of course he would.

As for a new President-Elect...we all know Trump is going to rig the election so he wins, anyways.

He doesn't even care about the intelligence briefings. No.
