Part of me says "yes, WAY THE GO COPS!" as a way to discourage dumbass teenagers from uploading Wal-Mart pranks onto Youtube.  The other part of me says "my freaking god people, it's a stupid teenage kid trying to attentionwhore and you just gave him everything he ever wanted because of your extreme politically correct outrage at what should've been little less than a "man, not another dumb kid who managed to escape the Laws of Social Darwinism" in most normal instances!"

So yeah, I'll go with Neutral on this one.  But seriously, my god people calm down.

Yes, the arrest is justified. It's a minor crime and he can get bail, and his punishment should just be something like community service.

It was definitely a stupid thing to do and the kid is no doubt a complete moron, but this is not a crime. It's just an annoyance. Stupid all around.

It was tresspassing onto their intercom system, and probably cost that WalMart a fair bit of money, but the "bias crime" charge is silly.
