Yay!!!! Higher turnout can only help Obama, but it will hurt Edwards, which is sad.

Yes. Republicans can't even win turnout in their core states. Pathetic.

Especially when the Republican race was decided by 3 points while the Democratic race was a 28-point blowout.

basically 29, (28.92)

Cant we just settle for a nice round 30 points... heck whats in 1%!? Cheesy

Is it likely, in your opinion, that Obama may have faired better among whites than the 24% support reported in exit polls?

Think so, the margin of Obama's win points to him getting a bigger share of the white vote than the 24% that was reported and if it's the case it would be a very good thing too.
