Will the deplorables vote for a black person, no matter his political positions? Many fake Democrats voted for Bernard because of his white maleness over Hillary Clinton, who just happened to be a accomplished women. The whiteness of states like Wisconsin and Iowa will help Bernard secure a victory, as much as it pains me to say.

It seems that certain people can't accept that their side can possibly lose without it being cheating:

It'd be fun to hear their explanation for how these supposed MS blacks got registered to vote in AL and got AL photo IDs in order to vote. I swear some people don't even use their brains.

Simple. Black Precinct in Birmingham, Montgomery, or Dallas County, maybe Tuscaloosa, and the following happens

Hello there Reverend Niger

Why hello there poll Watcher porch monkey. How use be doing today?

Oh I be fine. I'd be fine got to wash this poll voting thing going on all day. Los amazing.

Chuckle chuckle. Load ain't it though. I just use my welfare stamps and what not, plus all the checks I get from northern Jews talking about trying to get Democrats around here, and that usually does.

Used don't say! Why I be doing the same thing

He he he he ho ho. Well ain't that the darndest. Anyhoo, I've got me a Bus full of brothers and sisters from Mississippi Outback. You know how he's going to take care of this right (big wink)

Oh yes sir I does. You just get them on back. I'll get them I miss her ribs and Fried Chicken and watermelon

Events do that. I had to give them a bottle of Ripple each to get them on the bus and now there's going to be hungry

Ain't no worries. Oh mr. Soros got us lots of money. You just get them fine Mississippi brothers and sisters lined up. He's going to get ourselves some Whitey tonight oh, ain't we!

Sho Nuff!

(And scene)

And so this track plays itself endlessly on the average Fox News viewer in Alabama

Honestly, that was well written. It's like reading a Faulkner short story

Nah. If it was by faulkner there would be 10 more pages of dialogue and narration all clumped together in a single paragraph.

Stream of Consciousness writing style is just a fancy way of saying writing while drunk.

Jesus Badger, delete that post before you lose your job. That's a career ender right there.

What? To accuse the kind of right wing nut jobs who believe the election was stolen by 21000 blacks bused in from MS having Neandrethal level racism? Yeah, I'll stick to that (even I was kinda drunk when I wrote it Tongue)

I was thinking more along the lines of your Amos and Andy style parody. Didn't bother me (I actually enjoyed the post immensely), but your own kind will throw you to the wolves over that kind of post.

Save this topic. I know people have been fighting back against the slew of Gillibrand topics but bear with me and hear me out.

The Gillibrand hype we are experiencing here in Atlas is not like the hype we have seen with Kander, Bullock, Heitkamp, or Harris. Think about it: She's been building up her political stock for over a decade, she's a wildly successful politician, she's going to run for president in the time of #MeToo, something she has put at the forefront of her entire career, she has shown us that she can be attacked by Trump and to be able to turn the tables on him (something his GOP opponents and Hillary Clinton failed to do). Her being elected to succeed Trump makes the most sense and I am not saying this out of pure hype. I've been saying this on this forum for a while. I may be wrong, but I have a strong feeling that if Trump is going to lose reelection, it's going to be to Senator Gillibrand and MeToo will put her in the White House.

lol democrats will never win another election until they stop with their identity politics BS!

The Republicans are the ones who run on identity politics. Gillespie ran against MS-13, sanctuary cities and Confederate monuments, and the Republicans were the ones who ended up getting their asses in that election.

Lol 😂

Republican identity politics: I want to better the lives of the American people no matter what your race, gender, ethnic background, age, or income you make

Democrat identity politics: I want to fight for illegal immigrants rights and support the African American and Hispanic communities and at the same time all white people are inherently racist and have to fight their inner racism. Also all white people no matter what background they come from are privileged and should have to pay for what they did 200 years ago when they weren't even alive. Also if you support securing the border you're a racist and a nazi. And if you're a cis straight white man you need to shut up and you have absolutely no right to comment on anything we tell you not to comment on as you're a cis white straight man and by definition you're systemically racist and are more privileged than everyone else different from you. And anyone who disagrees with me or votes republican is a nazi and a fascist and should be beaten up.

See the difference?

I must admit I burst out laughing when I read that post. I was tempted to post something equally ludicrous going the other way, but fortunately the impulse waned in time. Smiley

Graham and McCain come from an era where it was seen as "moral" and "manly" to  be a warrior, a soldier, etc.

NK mega thread already has this. Btw, when did it become immoral to serve? Asking sincerely.

to those socialists, "morality" means giving all your money to the government for free abortions, legal marijuana, drinking age at 14, voting age at 16, euthanasia for the disabled, and all sorts of other stupidity. But defending liberty doesn't mean much to the socialists.

Democrats better shut down this #metoo movement before it takes out all of our male senators and congressmen. We must not let a small, irellevant, and obnoxious group of people destroy the oldest political party in the world that has been fighting aganst corporate interest and for the working class since 1828.

I'm seeing people talking about how we need to limit the right to free speech of the Nazis. Obviously the real fascists are those who want to suppress speech that they don't like.

More alt right talking points from this 'progressive'
The alt-left and alt-right aren't that different from one another.

Has it started ripping babies from their incubators yet?

At least here in the US, unlike Venezuela, we aren't living in a country where the government is cracking down on factual reporting of national medical statistics.... bCDC banned from using 'evidence-based' and 'science-based' in official documents: report

Well, NVM about that. It does sound pretty awful in Venezuela, though. I mean look at these numbers from the article:

What kind of effed-up developed country has such high infant mortality rates?

Well, whatever's going on in Venezuela, it's totally not OUR fault, right?

US Congress passes bill to impose Venezuela sanctions   11 December 2014

Okay, so maybe that's didn't help. But surely, we're not actively making this worse, right?

Okay, but, you know, it could always be worse! This is fundamentally a case of self-proclaimed Socialist (and de facto autocracy) mismanaging their country. It's not like being forced to starve their people for a bunch of deplorable bankers here in the US or something along those lines.

Okay, so maybe, broadly speaking the US does bear some responsibility for this, but at least we're not profiting off this horror. Dozens of U.S. mutual funds and big banks, which invest on behalf of millions of Americans, own portions of the debt.

Well, crap. I guess we'd better start bombing Venezuela soon, before it becomes a hellhole like Yemen. Bomb for the sake of the starving children (and the banks)!

I really hope Al franken stays, because number one evan if the accusations are true their nowhere near serious enough to resign over and number two it would set a precedent that you can't just accuse are politicians of nonsense and expect us to throw them under the buse. Finally Joe manchin is one of the best senators democrats have right now evan though he's much more conservative then myself his strategies and tactics would really help democrats be more competitive in unfriendly territory.

Obviously this is in this thread because of the defense of Franken's actions, but the spelling is just something on the side.

Democrats are too indulgent of crime. Republicans don't believe in climate change and are anti-union.

Period.

This is why I am centrist Independent.

So that you get a government that doesn't believe in climate change and is anti-union, but is only soft on white-collar crime?
I'm talking about urban crime. You know, murders and robberies. Republicans can't be blamed for Chicago. You can't blame white suburbanites.

Your signature is a complete travesty to common sense and intelligence. It's blatantly false and (lazily) tries to twist statistics to fit your demented viewpoints.

BYE! FELICIA!

(Reaction to my signature)

Don't get the "bye felicia" part...but this belongs in the Kalwejt Megathread for Atlas Hilarity too.

To be honest, I would call my sig (even though it's ironic, see the Luxemburg reference), and my political position as a whole, to be of the "left-socdem" variant. Normal social democrats are mostly inoffensive.

He wouldn't lose Arizona, Georgia, South Carolina, or Texas under any circumstance. They are solid red states, and wont flip. If he lost Texas, he would lose Indiana and Missouri too.
