I've been thinking about making a game where the Congress of the Articles of the Confederation remain in effect, instead of being replaced by the current US Constitution. I think, seeing as Delegates voted as a state anyway, to have only 13 players each playing a state.

What do you guys think?

President of the Congress: Barnes
Georgia: WilliamSargent
North Carolina: tb75
Delaware: Kalwejt
Connecticut: Sewer Socialist
Massachusetts: hawkeye59
Maryland: hcallega
New York: Hashemite
Pennsylvania: Xahar
New Jersey: Dr. Cynic
South Carolina: Dallasfan65
Rhode Island: The Mikado
New Hampshire: JBrase
Virginia: Han

That's fine with me. We can have all sorts of debate. Wink

Well, seeing as Georgia is taken (grrrr), I'll take Virginia.

I'm taking The First State of Delaware

It's going to be very funny to play a small, annoying tiny state with an ego of a aircraft career size

Oh, didn't see Teddy took Virginia. Well, I'll simply play as "The President of the United States, in Congress Assembled", or Mr. President for short. Wink

You see, that's one of the possibilities of the game. With these thirteen separate states acting almost as independent countries, tensions are likely to boil over quite a lot. All of this can be expressed in Congress. Grin

That wasn't suppoused to be mean comment, just a concern.

FTR, Hashemite killed Americana continuation by first taking a prominent role and them usual "I lost interest".

Would be awesome if we come up with a weird, yet fascinating, assumption that U.S. survived in the form until modern times Smiley

Just imagine, the Congress of the Confederation now, with U.S. never exceeding 13 original colonies!
