I've been thinking about making a game where the Congress of the Articles of the Confederation remain in effect, instead of being replaced by the current US Constitution. I think, seeing as Delegates voted as a state anyway, to have only 13 players each playing a state.

What do you guys think?

You see, that's one of the possibilities of the game. With these thirteen separate states acting almost as independent countries, tensions are likely to boil over quite a lot. All of this can be expressed in Congress. Grin
