22nd definitely. If a president wants to run again and has a ability to win (IE people will vote for that person) there should be nothing stoping them. This is before both the prohibition act and prohibition repeal act (too lazy to look up the numbers) since it was already repealed

22nd. Or if I got to repeal part of an amendment, I would remove the "except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted" part from the 13th Amendment.
