Martin Heinrich could be a good candidate in theory, but he lacks charisma and he isn't really ideologically solid. I remember seeing statistics about how he was the Democrat that introduced the least bills in the Senate. No one really knows where he stands on most issues. Is he an hardcore progressive or a moderate hero? What does he believe in? No one knows. He's so bland.
