My Bloody Valentine 3D

Decent, silly fun. The glasses started bugging my eyes after a while though. They probably should have just put the action sequences in 3D.

I wonder if the fact that they were shown in still shots made the difference. ...

Finally got a chance to watch The Hangover in its entirety. It's a fun movie. It's not as hilarious as some people are making it out to be but I think the real reason its such a smash is because the cast is just so likable.

Drag Me To Hell

Mixed reaction, more positive than negative but it didn't quite live up to the overwhelmngly favorable reviews.

Demolition Man, 1993 film with Stallone and Snipes. Good flick.

I believe that was the first R-rated movie that I ever saw. It's kind of goofy but very fun and definitely underrated. Snipes was awesome. I could have lived without the Denis Leary appearance though.

Mulholland Dr.

It's very intriguing at times but it goes on a little too long. The Cowboy is the best character.

People here always assume I'm a Lynch fanatic (and I do enjoy a number of his films quite a bit) but I'm really more of an Eraserhead fanatic. I haven't seen any other Lynch films that have come anywhere close to matching it in terms of quality, at least imho.

The first Transformers.

At least I made it through it without falling asleep this time.

Valkyrie

I'm on codeine right (for legit purposes) but it seemed like a pretty good flick to me. It isn't up there with Downfall or anything but it's definitely underrated.

Bruno

You'll get some cheap laughs but it isn't really very good. It's also very short (not that that's a bad thing).

Isn't it like four hours or something ridiculous like that? That's another Lynch movie that haven't got around to watching...

I saw a lot of it when it was in theaters, it is pretty awesome. How does the 3D effect look on a TV?

I don't watch movies in 3D, I find it pointless and distracting. The animation was still really cool though on a TV.

I usually do too but it worked incredibly well in that movie. At least it did in a theater.

Dazed and Confused - haha, now I want to grow my hair out really long again. Huge lol @ 1993 Ben Affleck and Matthew McConaughey

You had never seen it before?

Saw Terminator 2: Judgement Day last night, for the first time.

Better than the original.

Send the VHS over to BushOklahoma when you're done with it.

District 9

Pretty damn awesome despite some issues with plot holes/major logical leaps. I need to let it sink in a little more though. Also how in the hell could this have been made for only $30 million? Wow.
